Evaluation of Agricultural Extension Service for Sustainable Agricultural Development Using a Hybrid Entropy and TOPSIS Method

Agricultural extension service is the foundation of sustainable agricultural development. The evaluation and analysis for development can provide an effective analytical tool agriculture. This paper analyzes influence on development, constructs system from four dimensions environment, society, economy, service. work proposes a framework based combination technique order performance by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) entropy method evaluate system. Taking three national modern agriculture demonstration zones in Suzhou Jiangsu Province as case study, was verified. Moreover, main factors affecting are discussed, improvement measures management suggestions also put forward reduce obstacles improve practice.
